Marlborough Lines is required to disclose certain information pursuant to the Electricity Information Disclosure Requirements (historically the Electricity Information Disclosure Regulations) and in accordance with the Commerce Act (Electricity Lines Thresholds) Notice 2003 ("the Notice") s7(1).
