Workplace responsibility

Safety in the workplace is a major focus for us. There are no second chances in our type of work and we can’t afford to take risks – a view shared by all our people.

Our target is zero accidents for our team and members of the public.  Our robust safety systems, including the internationally recognised ISO standard OHSAS 18001:2007 (Health and Safety accreditation), help us achieve our safety objectives.

Connected and achieving

Work is a big part of our lives, so we want to ensure it’s as rewarding as possible for our people. We’ve developed a training and up-skilling programme and also assist our staff to gain tertiary and trade qualifications. Being healthy is critical, so we also have a wellness programme to support staff in healthy lifestyle choices.

Our policies and programmes ensure our team stay connected and supported.
