MEPT Distribution Payment 2026

Over 26,500 Marlborough Lines' consumers will each receive a tax-paid $50 from a Marlborough Electric Power Trust (MEPT) distribution. 

MEPT, as shareholder of Marlborough Lines, pays the distribution from the dividend it receives from Marlborough Lines' investment success. The distribution is separate to the annual lines charges discount payment made by Marlborough Lines (typically in May) and will be paid to electricity retailers on 22 January. The distribution will then be applied to eligible consumers accounts.
